Raintree At Phoenix South Mountain Preserve

The layout of the two-bedroom apartment was great for family gatherings, offering spacious areas to relax together.

Upon arrival, the staff couldn't locate my reservation and there was a significant delay in providing my room key.

The setting is unbeatable and favourable, just off hiking, and all the restaurants. The stuff are helpful and really care about the guests. The units are good sized, neat with washer/dryer and beautiful decor, for instance.

We had a very nice stay in this business hotel. We had apartment, and it was good sized with carpet etc.

Long walks to units during hot weather!!! Inconsistent maintenance of common areas leaves much to be desired!!! The lack of adequate kitchen supplies was frustrating for meal preparation!!!

The two-bedroom apartment was a cozy spot with a nice kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub and clean outdoor grill. Definitely appreciated the covered garage too. The hiking trails outside were perfect for morning adventures.

For a more enjoyable experience, request a map at check-in to easily navigate the hotel and access amenities like the pool.

Family with children delight

Raintree Hotel was a gem hidden in the mountains. The kids loved the pools and I was really impressed by the barbecue area, you know, feeling like a king flipping burgers while keeping an eye on them.

I loved our stay here! The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, and the attached garage was super convenient. The pool area was relaxing, though it could be cleaner.

The outdoor pools were a hit with my kids, and we loved the nearby hiking trails with fine views. The spacious room was perfect for our large family, and we appreciated the nice layout of the Three-Bedroom Apartment.

My kids wished there were more beach towels available.

It was just an excellent fit for a trip in Phoenix with real value for money. The inside of the unit was well kept and clean, really made me feel comfortable. Bring extra towels if you plan on using the pool since they are a bit scarce.

Spacious and homey!

It felt super roomy with a nice kitchen to cook in. The washer and dryer in the garage were a big plus. The pool area was really nice too, just wish it didn't have so many bees buzzing around while we tried to chill out! The nature preserve nearby is perfect for hikes.

It's close to South Mountain Preserve, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. I enjoyed exploring the trails. The pool area was pleasant too, a nice spot to unwind. Unfortunately, there were pests in the unit, uncomfortable. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of ants and other bugs around. Maintenance needs addressing. I found the dishwasher wasn't working. The beds weren't the comfiest. On check-in, the process could have been smoother. My reservation got mixed up, which took time to sort out. It felt a bit chaotic. The area had potential, but several issues impacted the experience significantly.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the two-bedroom apartment, perfect for my family. The location gave us easy access to beautiful hiking trails, all while being close to nearby shopping and dining options.

Improve cleanliness throughout the units.

The apartment had a fully furnished kitchen which was really convenient. the staff at Raintree At Phoenix South Mountain Preserve were friendly and welcoming, they made me feel right at home.

The location was amazing, close to everything we wanted to do. We booked a Handicap Accessible room with lovely decor and even a washer/dryer, which was super convenient to have right when we arrived. 🌟
